All our products are shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders, depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and includes any import duties.

Please note that processing times and shipping times may increase during promotional periods due to a high volume of orders.

Nomìere only ships orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@nomiere.com and include photos of the damage so that we can assist you further.


Returns

Products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note: sale items cannot be returned.

You can easily register a return via our email info@nomiere.com. You will then receive a return form, which must be filled out completely. Send the product back in its original packaging with the completed return form included.

Refunds

Returned orders will be inspected and refunded by us within 5 business days, provided the product meets the return conditions.
