We hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you can easily return your purchase. You have 14 days after delivery to send your product back, without providing a reason. Please contact us at info@nomiere.com to arrange the return.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, fur products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@nomiere.com.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Refunds via your original payment method typically take 7–10 business days after your return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@nomiere.com for assistance and a quick solution.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

- Fur products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged, and where the issue was not reported immediately upon receipt.

- Items returned outside the 14-day return period.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, depending on the carrier and the country from which you are returning. Please note that we do not cover import duties or customs fees on returns. Keep your shipping receipt with tracking information until we have processed your return.

Return Processing

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
