What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time of our items varies per product. Processing an order usually takes 1 to 2 business days, after which delivery follows within 1 to 2 days. Please note that during holidays delays may occur.

Our cashmere-wool garments are carefully crafted according to the made-to-order concept. This means that the production time usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. In some cases, delivery may be faster depending on production and shipping progress.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can easily track the delivery. We appreciate your patience and trust in our craftsmanship.

How can I return my product?

Products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note: sale items cannot be returned.

You can easily register a return via our email [info@nomiere.com]. You will then receive a return form, which must be filled out completely. Send the product back in its original packaging with the completed return form included.
